Terms of Use

By downloading or using Tackboard ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

The App

Tackboard is a sticky-note whiteboard app provided free of charge, supported by advertising. All features are available for free; optional purchases remove the ad banner.

Subscriptions

Tackboard offers "Remove Ads" as a Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase.

• Subscription payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings, under your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• The Lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes ads permanently on that Apple ID; it is not a subscription and does not renew.

Refunds

All purchases are billed and processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple's own refund process, not directly through the developer.

No Warranty

Tackboard is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vincent Chiu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
